Perfect for the comings and goings of busy folks, the Fairway is conveniently located on the grounds of Lake Sunapee Country Club just off Rte 11 - about 2 miles from I-89 and Main Street, New London.
Whether you're simply passing through or in town for a wedding, family visit, college weekend or on business, the Fairway provides pleasant lodging with nicely decorated rooms, private bath, cable television and air conditioning.
Summer guests can enjoy our outdoor pool and nearby Pleasant Lake. In winter, Mt. Sunapee and Ragged Mountain ski areas are only minutes away.

We offer a 10% AAA, AARP, or military discount. Rates subject to an 9% NH rooms tax.

AMENITIES
All rooms have cable TV, individual temperature control, telephones, and hi-speed internet access. There is a seasonal outdoor pool. Guests are welcome to enjoy casual dining at the Sarazen Grill located in the Lake Sunapee Country Club clubhouse (lunch, dinner, drinks - hours vary seasonally). Continental breakfast - included in your stay - is available at the motel.
RESERVATION & DEPOSITS
Rooms may be reserved by advance payment equal to one night's stay. A two night minimum stay is required on weekends from mid-May until late October and during holiday periods year-round.
CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will be issued for cancellations received two weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of your reservation. When cancellations are made after that time, we will make every effort to re-rent the room. If we are unable to do so, your credit card will be charged the full amount for each night reserved. A $15 service charge applies to all refunds issued.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
Group reservations may be made for blocks of 4 or more rooms by execution of a Group Reservation Agreement. A deposit equal to 50% of the total room charge is required. A non-refundable $100 service charge applies. Rooms may be cancelled up to 30 days in advance without penalty. Please contact us for more information.
SMOKING
The Fairway Motel is a non-smoking facility.
A $150 cleaning charge will apply if any quest smokes in a room.
PETS
We offer one pet friendly room for well behaved cats and smaller dogs (under 25 pounds). Only one pet is allowed. A $25/night surcharge applies. Due to allergies, we are unable to accommodate pets in our other guest rooms (a $150 cleaning charge will apply if there is an animal in a non-pet room!).
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is between 3pm & 10pm. Arrangements may be made for late check-in.
Check-out is by 11am. Late check-outs, without prior arrangement, may result in an additional day's charge.
