Every wedding is unique and special. That is why it is best to speak to our Wedding Experts to guide you through our various options of making your dream wedding become a reality.
Deposits and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required to secure your wedding date. The deposit will be applied to final payment. Should you cancel your reception and we are able to rebook the date, the deposit, less a 10% service charge, will be returned.
- An additional deposit equal to 50% of the total estimated cost (before tax and gratuity) is due 60 days in advance of the wedding date.
- Wedding events must be prepaid ten days in advance based on the function cost estimate. Payment of additional charges incurred at the time of the event (e.g. open bar or additional guests) is due that day.
Final menu selections must be completed no later than 60 days in advance of your reception. We suggest that menu planning start six months in advance.
Tax and Gratuity
Beverages and menu items are subject to an 9% New Hampshire meals tax. A voluntary 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill unless alternate arrangements are made.
Table Tops, Furnishings and Other Equipment
Standard linen, service equipment and furnishing are included in the base price. Outside rentals of items such as special linen, chair covers, round tables, white folding chairs, etc. are an additional charge.
Tents and Dance Floor Rentals
Rentals may be arranged through LSCC. Charges are dependent upon size.
